New for 2026 is our Arctic Cat tunnel cooler for the Catalyst chassis. This is a complete solution for overheating and keeping the sled at optimum temperature in even the most challenging conditions. If you have ridden this chassis in anything less than 6" of fresh powder you know that keeping the engine cool is a struggle. Whether your a novice rider that is unable to get off the trail in the "better" snow or your an experienced rider just getting to the steeper and deeper stuff this cooler will change the way you ride. We tested this during the winter of 25-26 which was probably the worst winter for snow in 50 years. This absolutely made the trails rideable and the crusted snow navigable. All welded aluminum construction with our custom aluminum extrusion with internal and external fins for the greatest possible surface area to maximize the cooling. This installs in series with your factory cooler which means that water flows through your factory cooling system, then goes through our new cooler. This by our calculations doubles the transfer of BTU's effectively lowering engine over temps. 50 degree drop in In icy and low snow conditions ice scratchers are still required to maintain lubrication of the track and suspension components, but this cooler utilizes what little snow and ice spray is kicked up and dramatically cools your engine. This cooler does require a little bit of modification to install, but the instructions have been written for a customer to accomplish it without too much difficulty. No welding required.
